The worst experience I have ever had returning a dysfunctional item. I was sent a phone that didn't turn on, so I sent it back. The seller said he would pay for the shipping. He sent another phone, but this phone didn't respond to touch on arrival. Both dysfunctional phones were trouble shot before returned. It took 2 months to get a full refund back after battling him over messaging and getting Swappa support involved. Save yourself the headache, choose literally any other distributor than these ********
