The phone arrived quickly and exactly as advertised. Got it up and running with Verizon without any issues. I would buy from Benjamin again.

We received the phone within a few days - we tracked it via an e-mail received via Paypal (NOTE: it did take a few hours for the US postal service to be able to track the order number). We received good customer service from Benjamin after an issue on our end with wanting to try to use Consumer Cellular (which runs on the AT&T network) versus AT&T. Benjamin called us within 5 minutes of posting our issue to Swappa and it was even on a Sunday - he offered one solution. Once we decided to just use AT&T prepaid service we had no issues getting the phone going. Phone condition was as promised in the ad. I would use Benjamin again in buying another phone.
