Enjoy FREE shipping on us! This device ships next business day via USPS First Class mail. All orders $500 and above ship with signature confirmation.

Note: Please make sure the address listed in your PayPal account is the correct address you would like the product shipped to, as Swappa requires us to ship to your PayPal confirmed address. This will ensure there are no delays during handling and shipping.

Return & Refund Policies

-Returns can be made within 30 days from delivery date on defective items
-Device must be in the same condition as it was received.
-A prepaid return shipping label will be provided on defective returns.
-We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for buyers remorse returns
-We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for abusing the return process; stating there is a problem that cannot be found by our technicians upon reviewing the returned product.
