great phone . It looks like it is new.
Ordered gray phone but got black instead. Phone charging port is broken and says phone is overheating when trying to charge. This happened the first time we tried and continues to happen. Phone needs to be replaced by the seller.
The charger does not work. Tried multiple phones on charger with same result. Please send new charger. I bought two S20 phones where one was supposed to be gray and black was sent. Tried setting up phone and discovered the Simm card tray was missing. Need to send new Simm card tray. Not pleased with sale so far.

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15
UPS 2nd Day Air - $30
UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day) - $50

If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
