The phone I got was not in mint working condition, the battery overheats after being on it for more than 15-20 minutes. Battery drains very fast. It starts calling people randomly without even touching the phone! Had a tech look/work on it twice which was another $120 which I already paid $870 for the phone. The reimbursed me $30 or I could just return the phone. I don’t have a spare phone & need it for work so now I’m out that money and my need to buy another phone anyway. I understand they don’t know how every phone will work but really? $30??? I expected at least the price I had to pay to a tech refunded.

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15
UPS 2nd Day Air - $30

If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
