I bought this phone for my wife for Christmas. From the very beginning of her having it I haven’t been able to hear her when she has it on speaker phone. She has to be right up against the phone for me to hear her which defeats the purpose of it being on speaker. Very frustrating for both of us!! Otherwise it’s very choppy and you only hear about every other syllable. That’s with anyone she talks to. Unfortunately I didn’t realize her phone was the issue until too late. I thought it may have been a cellular service issue. Now we are out 800 dollars for a cell phone that doesn’t do a very basic but important function on.
