Cancellations due to an incorrect shipping address are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Standard shipping is free via USPS First-Class mail 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15
UPS 2nd Day Air - $30
UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day) - $50

We’re happy to offer other preferred shipping methods or you may provide your own label if you prefer.

If you'd like to upgrade shipping, after your purchase is made please leave a comment requesting your shipping service and we'll provide our PayPal link. Please include your sales number on your payment for shipping.

-Easy Return Process
We offer a 30-day return policy. Please inspect the device as soon as you receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 30-day return window.

If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
