We can only ship to the address you've provided in PayPal, the address cannot be changed or altered in any way.
Cancellations due to an incorrect shipping address are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We strive to ship the same or next business day (within 2 business days max) after purchasing.

Standard shipping is free via USPS First-Class mail 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15
UPS 2nd Day Air - $30
UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day) - $50
We’re happy to offer other preferred shipping methods or you may provide your own label if you prefer.

If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
