Phone took a little longer to arrive expected which could be due to USPS delays. Arrived in excellent condition. Only surprise was that it did not include a power cord. It may have been noted in the description but I did not see that.

Cancellations due to an incorrect shipping address are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Standard shipping is free via USPS First-Class mail 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15
UPS 2nd Day Air - $30
UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day) - $50

If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
