The phone was delivered (late but that seemed to be USPS's fault). It looked as described and turned on, so I confirmed and completed the transaction. Several days ago the phone started to have trouble charging. While trouble-shooting the issue I discovered that this phone is a replica, since it cannot be recognized by Samsung software. Please help, what do you recommend to do?

Issue 1: day 2 after sale, would have appreciated info from seller about shipment status. Found out later was it shipped the day before and tracking info on swappa just wasnt updated. Really not a big deal.

Issue 2: the phone according to the tracking# was supposed to be delivered. Concerned about mis-delivery, called USPS, sat on hold for an hour, just to find it was held because a balance was due. Which meant i had to then go to the post office to pay. Im sorry but that is just unacceptable. Not the balance, but because I had to deal with USPS phone service and going to post office.

TL;DR
Would've appreciated shipping info same day phone was shipped instead of asking for it day after, but not a big deal and normally wouldnt affect rating.
Phone had to be picked up from USPS day after original delivery date because a balance was due for shipping that the seller somehow missed.
Otherwise, phone was as promised and was packaged beautifully.
