The Swappa representatives were knowledgeable and helpful but the seller was not prepared. They did not prepare their phone for the buyer (prior users info. still present)and did not provide shipping info. until asked. The phone is in good condition and problems were resolved but it was a bit stressful.

The Seller may have forgotten to put in the shipment info. However, I did receive the unit, it was packaged very well. The unit seems to work flawlessly. Excellent purchase.

phone arrived quickly, The phone looked amazing, but the screen had an issue and the back microphone was bad. but phone was under warranty, so we now have a new one.

I had to post a comment on the Swappa sale page before the seller updated the tracking information. Cosmetically the phone is in excellent condition as stated in the ad, however, the battery does not hold a charge. This issue is something that I would expect to have been noticed by the seller before selling the phone.
