Quick shipping and smooth transaction.
The seller shipped the incorrect phone model — they sent international unlocked model instead of US unlocked model. Probably just an oversight, but phones are identical in appearance and almost in function. International phone is worth >$150 less, so hopefully not intentional. Seller said their supplier mixed it up, but the labels on the bag on the phone from the supplier clearly showed the int'l model number. Seller sent return label and eventually refunded the purchase but was consistently slow to reply, needing "please send an update" support messages after >24 hours of no response at various stages. Not recommended. The point of Swappa instead of Craigslist, etc. is to get exact, specific phone models.

Our objective is to make sure each and every customer receives a quality device they are fully satisfied with. We strive to improve our logistics and processes to make that happen each and every day.
Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
