Item ALMOST as described 9/10 (light scuff or scratch), but there is a highly visible "dent" or "ding" right above the front camera that is not visible in their sale picture due to the tilting of the front in the one solo picture of it. Perhaps this happened in shipping, as they did not SEAL the bubble mailer that was contained within the flat rate box and so the item was loose in the box upon arrival (1/2 of it only in the green plastic bag that it WAS sealed in, within the mailer).

Otherwise functions well and everything else looks to be 9/10 quality.

Overall, a pretty poor way to ship an expensive device (it was VERY loose inside) and hopefully they will correct this in the future.

I ordered the phone on Aug.1,2019 and received the phone today, Aug.5,2019.
I just fully charged the phone and turned it on. So, far so good.
Now I need to complete the set-up and learn how it’s features. Good deal.
