Just got the phone. 4 days it took. Not bad. Today is Feb 10th I order on the 6th. Phone I'd by far in way better shape than I expected. Works as it should. It is unlocked as it says. (Tested) and I definitely recommend. The packaging I will say can be better. I was not pleased about how well it was packaged. The bubble wrap yes I see will protect the phone but the gaps in the bod that give the phone ability to moved around. I wasnt a 100% fan of. I say more should be used imo. But overall. 9/10 packaging phone 10/10 exactly what it was supposed to be. Cant beat the price with a stick. The charger brick looked new as well.

The phone was received on time and in great condition, as advertised. This is my second day of usage and everything on the phone seems to be working well. I switched my old phone with my new Galaxy S10e on Verizon. The only thing I found out is the photo of the phone will not appear in "My Devices" since it wasn't purchased from Verizon. I would definitely use this vendor in the future.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
