Phone was advertised as "Mint" and was not mint at all. Multiple signs of wear. Bad impact marks on the corners, scratches on the front screen and back glass. A phone like this would be normally classed as "Fair".

I contacted them through Swappa about it and they used AI to reply to me. Not once was I speaking to an actual person. To top that all off, YOU have to pay for return shipping and any related costs if you want to return their fucked up phone. If you want a refund, it gets deducted. Scummy company, bad faith practices, I believe they are intentionally acting fraudulently. If I have to complain and spend my own money sending back the phone that I paid for then I am simply not going to bother, and I believe that they are intentionally capitalizing on most people not wanting to go through all that as well. Do not buy any listings from this seller until they start taking pictures of the exact phone they're offering. Don't make the same mistake I did.

The phone arrived in good time but it was listed as "mint" condition and it definitely was not. It had scratches on the screen and showed wear all over the sides and back. It even has a yellow spot in the corner of the screen from some sort of damage. It is functional but not even close to mint, maybe good or even Fair just to be safe.
