Phone is n great condition and 200 less than the equivalent on Amazon! I trust this seller and you can too
Phone crashes and will not calibrate battery after 1 week. Screen has now fallen out and is useless. Seller constantly deflects. I want to return this product and Ved Wireless refuses to take responsibility. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I won’t be buying from swappa ever again.
When we finally booted up the phone, it said it did not have a OEM/Apple screen. Partially explained in the listing but not that this would be an issue. SIM had issues with it. Says "SIM Locked" on phone. Could not activate phone.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship same-day via USPS Ground Advantage for orders placed before 1 PM EST, excluding Saturdays.
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground Advantage, we will only contact USPS regarding delayed shipments after 14 business days from the shipping date.
Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS (2-day delivery) is available for $20, billed separately, upon request. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday or on Saturday with expedited shipping will be shipped on Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
No Returns on Brand New Sealed Devices
Returns are accepted within 10 business days, but please review the following disclaimer:
PayPal no longer refunds the fees from the original payment when a refund is issued.
If a refund is requested due to a change of address or change of mind before the item ships, the refund will be issued minus any reimbursement fees we incur and deducting shipping costs. A restocking fees of upto 15% might be added if the device is in different condition on top of the market adjustment rate.
If a refund is required due to a device issue that requires a return, we will cover the PayPal fee.
