There was an issue with my new phone not working. But when I called, they were very prompt on sending me a shipping label and even refunded my money back to me before I actually had the phone shipped back to them. Considering their great ratings, this was obviously a rare issue.

I purchased this phone and a day later I still hadn't heard from the seller. I e-mailed them and they said it would be shipped out that day. The next day I received a full refund with no explanation as to why I wouldn't be receiving the phone.
