I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Verizon Edition) from this seller. The phone was advertised as used. When I received the phone, which arrived promptly, the phone's screen was falling off.

I was fully refunded. They received the product that I returned for a week before they issued a full refund (I emailed them).

The phone is a really good phone but the bottom coner of the phone is broken I did not see that on the pics and the battery goes dead on 25% percent i just order a new battery for it but other than that the phone is good....
