Shipping Options:
• Standard Shipping (USPS) – FREE: Delivery within 1–5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery within 2 business days – $25.00
• UPS Next Day Air: Delivery on the next day – $50.00

Processing Time:
All orders placed by 2:00 PM Wisconsin Time are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

Important Notice for Hawaii and Alaska:
Shipping rates for Hawaii and Alaska differ from the standard $15 rate.
If your delivery address is in one of these states, please contact us at [email protected]
with your full address, and we will provide you with an individual shipping quote.
Please note that the $15 shipping rate does not apply to these locations.

Upgraded Shipping Requests:
If you would like one of the faster shipping options listed above, please complete your purchase first. Then, leave a comment on the sale page specifying your preferred shipping upgrade. We will send you the payment details for the upgrade, and your order will ship using the option you select.

RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our devices. Please review our return and warranty guidelines below:
• 30-Day Return Policy: You may return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted after this period.
• Condition of Returns: The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
• Defective Devices: If your device has a functional defect, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery to qualify under our warranty. After this period, the warranty will not apply.
• Replacement Option: In the event of a confirmed defect, we will be happy to suggest a replacement device as the preferred solution.
• Restocking Fee: Returns for non-defective items, or cases where the buyer chooses not to accept a warranty replacement, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Order Cancellations: Any order canceled before shipping will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
