Shipping was prompt, but packaging left a lot to be desired. The box holding the item (not the actual shipping bubble mailer) was open inside the package because the box was not secured in any way--or even taped shut. To make matters worse, the packaging came ripped (this being USPS's fault) but had the box inside been actually closed/secured, the phone wouldn't have almost fallen out. I stated these concerns in the sale page but seller never replied.
