Normally I try not to believe too much about the negative reviews, but with this seller they are spot on. When he says fast shipping he means he will wait a few days then ship it out once swappa tells the buyer to start a PayPal dispute to get their money back. The whole time not responding to any comments left on the sale page. After receiving the device which was in the proper cosmetic condition I noticed it overheating. Again in order to go through a return swappa had to get involved before he responded. After sending the phone back I received messages saying the phone was fine and that he wanted to then send it back to me. It took a fight in order to get a refund.
Moral of the story if you're looking for a fast easy transaction look elsewhere. This was anything but.

I just wanted to say that This seller did an amazing job! I Ordered two phones for my wife and myself. The phones got shipped very fast and even when I had a problem, we were able to work it out very fast and handle it very professional. Can't say enough great things!

Phone came early and shipping was fast, Very well mannered, but isn’t the greatest with refunding
