Read the other negative feedback on this seller. Little to no communication when there is a problem. Phone was blacklisted by Verizon for lack of payment by previous owner. Contacted the seller repeatedly with no response. Finally, when Swappa got involved, seller offered a more damaged replacement. We rejected the replacement as unacceptable, requested a full refund and shipped the phone back to the seller vis USPS 2-Day Express. Seller only agreed to refund after we escalated with PayPal.

Phone arrived on time, but had a scratch on the screen that was not indicated in the listing.
