Shipping was fast, however the device smells like smoke. It's not unbearable, just not what I would have expected with a "Mint" condition device.

The device was received in condition as listed.

Maybe move the damage description to the top of the listing. It's my fault that i didn't notice it but I didn't. The photos don't really show the burn in unless you already know it's there. Again, my fault, but my frustration could have been avoided by something that I would put at the top of the post. Just bad design.

I know you have sold a lot of phones with good reviews so I was surprised when I received the phone. The wear and tear was more visible when I actually received the phone than what the pictures showed, and you listed it as good condition and I felt like it was probably a fair condition. I am still happy with the phone and giving you a positive rating.
