The seller did not provide a photo of the damage to one side of the phone. When I received it there was a lot of frame damage on one side that was not clear in the photos. I attempted to return the device and the seller demanded a restock fee. I let him know that Swappa policy states you can not ask for a restock fee if they did not mention do in their listing. I had to escalate this with Swappa staff to let the seller know that he can not charge me a fee in this case. Once the seller learns this he refused to allow me to return it and Swappa directed me to dispute this with my credit card company and Paypal. If you have a problem with this seller you will not get a resolution but instead you will have to take matters into your own hands.
Their listing says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Guess that was a lie.

I must say, This phone is legit. I bought it at a "Good' rating and it is nothing less than near mint. Not a scratch nor a fingerprint anywhere to be found and I am the type to seek out any imperfection I can. If you are on the edge about buying from Sam then don't worry one bit. My phone activated without any issues as well. You sir deserve a medal for providing such great products. i will only order from you from now on and who knows, My wife is in need for a new phone coming soon. Thank you for being legit and completely transparent with all my questions. 10/10

When I first received my phone I wasn't satisfied with the quality. Although the buyer gladly took back the phone repaired what was wrong and quickly returned it back. Overall I am very satisfied with the end results.
