The phone I initially received had issues and was sent back twice (over a period of 5 months) before the seller eventually acknowledged that there was a problem and replaced it. Long story short, it was a very frustrating process dealing with the seller. After months of drama, I sent the phone back without receiving a refund (good riddance!). Worst of all was the Swappa "help team" who was no help at all.

Sorry, been busy. Arrived well packaged and as depicted. I have been using it for a few days now, and discovered the volume down button does not work, so a little bit annoying. Thank you for the phone
