Seller provided phone as described! Would do business with again!

I had issues with my phone not long after receiving it which the seller said apple would fix (it was some type of recall.) apple would not fix it because of "undocumented damages requiring whole unit exchange" which is practically their default response. the process was frustrating and took ages, but I was ultimately pleased that the seller exchanged the phone for me with a similar, if not better, device after the 30-day timeframe. he was very patient and followed through to make sure I was left with a working phone and I really appreciate it.
