Phone arrived with what appeared to be brand new charger and cord. Phone was pretty pristine. You could tell there had been a phone case on it, but no scratches or dents. Very pleased!

Seller was great to work with and helped me by canceling my Paypal payment when Swappa said they didn't receive notification about the purchase. (Swappa was pretty unhelpful with this.) Once I re-ordered, phone was shipped promptly. Only complaint was some slight damage to the casing that wasn't shown in the photos. Probably an oversight...

I would definitely recommend this seller. While the device wasn't in the condition I expected, he responded within minutes and gave a partial refund that I thought was fair. I appreciate that kind of customer service.
