The item was sold me an item that was supposed to be in excelent shape, but in reality it was in really bad one. Grade C- and seller wants me to pay to return the item. very dishonest.

Update 9/5/25: the battery for this device started to decline on August 15th. By the 23rd of august the battery began swelling and the phone is not currently safe to be used until it is fixed. My warranty claim was submitted on the 19th. It has now been three weeks since submitting my warranty claim and I have not been given a solution.seller is leaving messages un answered for 3-7 business days with the only responses coming after Swappa staff was involved.
9/15/ 25 update: submitted a dispute on Venmo at the guidance of Swappa Staff.
