Seller sent an obviously defective phone, the camera had a really bad star effect in every picture. I asked for a replacement and they tried to get me to pay for shipping, until I told them they should pay for it. They agreed to send a replacement, then just issued a refund claiming that it was done by my request. Here is a copy of my last message to them, which SWAPPA was cc'd on: It's interesting that you failed to respond to my previous message for 4 days, and only took the time to try and clarify things once I copied in SWAPPA. I still hold that you were dishonest in trying to get me to pay shipping, you knew the item was defective and I shouldn't have had to call it out. Same deceptive tactic was used when you stated that the refund was by my request. Just straight up lies trying to cover yourselves, all in black and white in our messages, the truth not coming out until I call it out. But I'm not buying it, literally and figuratively here, LOL! You guys can pound sand.
