This phone was listed as mint condition. It has several issues. First the LED flash does not work.No flashlight or flash with camera. The volume buttons are stuck in the phone so the ringer is barely heard. Hopefully I do not find any other further issues .

Updated 1/14/25. Still haven’t received the return slip the seller said he would send me almost 3 weeks ago! What a scammer!

My phone arrived quickly but it was listed as “new” condition but the back has some gunk on it and a couple small scratches. Nothing major but not “new” condition. Also, I didn’t get a charger which again, I was expecting when I ordered a “new” phone.

Update:
Upon opening the phone things got worse. There is a watermark mark on the screen that won’t go away even after a hard restart. The phone is glitching and we want a refund but the seller is MIA. We got scammed. Do not buy from this seller.

Despite being listed in Mint condition with no mention of a repair, the iPhone 13 Pro arrived with a repair record dated 3 days after the date of the sale. The seller claimed to be unaware. To their credit, they sent me a return label and refunded me.

Some scratches on the screen which were not visible in the pictures. Phone listed as mint.

The phone wont connect to service, we took it to the Apple store and they said it was defective.
