Seller was kind enough to correct an error I made with my shipping address, and even exchanged the device I purchased after the one I was sent was not working.
However, the replacement I was offered was advertised as "Good" condition. The phone I received has severe pitting on the frame, deep scratches on the body, has clearly been dropped several times, a VERY deep scratch on the camera lens, and light scratching on the screen. Definitely not Swappa's criteria for "Good" devices.
Came quickly and then in great condition. Ive been using it a few weeks before writing this without problems. I will say the usps tracking didnt really give me any info in-between package drop off and delivery day not sure why but came without any other issue.
