In my experience, the phone purchased is in very good condition, but it has problems when opening and closing it since the screen turns off when the phone is open, making the use of the device difficult.

I've had a good experience so far- I actually did have an issue with the battery condition on this Pixel 4a, which was supposed to be in mint condition but the battery would get extremely hot and wouldn't last. I reported the issue and Gari Frost reached out to ask if I'd like a reimbursement or replacement, which will hopefully work out. I've bought another phone from them, a pixel 5, which had no issues and was a very good deal.
