Seller was confrontational and rude, did not communicate in a professional manner. The condition of the item sold went against swappa policies ie not as described. Filed a dispute with Paypal, while they did settle in my favor, I opted to keep the device. All in all, a negative first experience and soured me toward utilizing the platform altogether.
Small problem with order (item condition) but seller made it right.
Quick shipping, product packed well enough to protect item, and just as advertised! Highly recommended seller!
The phone wasn't completely erased and it had a sticker that said functionality not tested so it made me worried, but its fine so far. Came very fast, looks great.
Phone received. No power adapter, but it was partial charged to start the phone and confirm that the item worked.
