I was a little sceptic at first, receiving a box with nothing but only a phone in it. But it was also wrapped in plastic and with a sticker on it with: Google Pixel 3. I thought they had sent me the wrong phone but it wasn't. It was the right phone, everything works and the phone looks like new.

The phone arrived quickly, which was a positive.
However, just 6 weeks into use, the phone's charging port and aux port are both loose and the company Gadget Traders does not warranty at 6 weeks. Very disappointed with my first Swappa purchase.
