Not very helpful. Phone came completely uncharged (had to wait 2 hours for it to turn on) and had damage to LCD,l. I even paid priority shipping. And they couldnt send out a working replacement without me sending the phone back when my time was very limited.

Despite the fact that I returned the device, the transaction was handled properly, quickly and professionally. Once I informed the seller that the device had defects that were not acceptable, the seller quickly sent a return slip. The device was mailed back and on the day the seller received it, I was reimbursed. I will happy to use the seller in the future.
