This seller is excellent! The phone shipped next business day, USPS First Class mail with tracking, as advertised. I am pleased with the condition of the phone. As we were activating the phone, the Verizon employee also commented on the great condition this phone is in. I will buy from the seller again.

Great experience here and well worth the price paid. Device is in great shape, a few tiny minor scratches on the screen, a knick on the bottom near the right speaker, but all other things functional and in top shape.

3 things on receiving the device that made me rate 4 stars were:
- Device was shipped powered on? Not sure what effect this would have, just was alarming to see the home screen light up when I unwrapped it.
- Device had an old SIM card in it. I replaced it with my own and destroyed the old one, but this should be checked before shipping the device.
- Color: This model was to be the matte black, but received the Jet Black instead with a glossy finish. I have no complaints because the condition of the phone was GREAT.
