The phone I purchased was listed in “good” condition however it came with dozens of light to medium scratches on the screen. It should have been listed as “fair”. To the seller’s credit, they dealt with the issue quickly and professionally. They offered me a prepaid label to return the phone or a partial refund to make up for difference between a good and a fair condition phone. I wish the buyer had listed it more accurately to begin with, but I commend them for taking responsibility without giving me a hard time. Thank you.

Seller sent the completley wrong phone. Then, they didnt send a prepaid label and had to be reminded. Then, they sent the wrong label that was not prepaid. Ultimately refunded but it took up a lot of time and was incredibly frustrating.

Shipped quickly with accurate model, memory capacity, and screen size. More screen scratches than described . The description was “Excellent condition, minor wear and tear” and “Minor scratch on screen that are rarely visible during use. Other that that the phone is in near mint condition” but actually over 12 small and a 3 easily visible, larger scratches. Discussion with seller allowed for fair partial rebate and acceptable result. I just would rather have known the issue ahead of time with photos of actual device instead of a similar device (though that was accurately disclosed, “Photos may not be of actual device”). Seller was willing to discuss and negotiate an acceptable result.
