It took forever to get my phone and I was certain it was lost between UPS and USPS. The seller contacted UPS but never heard back from them, and it was very difficult and frustrating when I kept asking for a refund and they wouldn’t give me one, even though tracking showed it was supposed to arrive within a week and it had not moved for a whole month. Therefore, I still did not have my order but I was charged over $400 for it. I needed the money back because I needed this phone to take pictures at an event happening soon, so if I couldn't get it from here I would have to get it somewhere else, and I couldn't do that without my money back. They finally decided it must be lost and gave me a refund until it surprisingly arrived in the mail today. At least I finally got it, but this caused me a lot of stress.

Description inaccurate, there was a dent in the phone, but the description says “no signs of wear and tear”

The seller was very responsive but unfortunately the phone never worked. Our cell phone carrier could not get the phone activated.

Through no fault of the seller — seems like just pure bad luck — the phone I ordered arrived quickly and exactly as described, but soon fell victim to a logic board or flash memory failure. I had been able to full charge the phone upon receiving it and then get partway through upgrade/restore before it powered off and refused to come back.

The seller worked with me to arrange a return and issued the refund immediately upon getting the phone back. Seller is true to their word and worked hard to make things right.

Wrong phone was mistakenly shipped which can happen. The seller actively worked with me to resolve the issue by returning the phone and providing a full refund. Seems like a trustworthy seller that I’d buy from in the future.

Excellent seller! The phone arrived exactly as described in mint condition and was packaged very securely. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. There was a brief delay before shipping because the seller's office was closed, but they kept me updated every step of the way and answered all of my questions promptly.
