Everything went well at first, but then the phone stopped working. After months of trying to figure it out, I finally learned from T-Mobile that it was blocked. Working through it with seller... Changing my rating to positive because seller fully refunded the phone. Thanks for doing that

For defects or operational issues not mentioned in the listing we accept free returns with a prepaid label within 30 days of the items delivery.
