Samsung ring arrived brand new as stated by the seller. I am completely satisfied with the ring quality. I am not satisfied with the shipping. UPS was slow i shipping the ring and the last leg of the shipping USPS took over. Ring took over a week to arrive.

For defects or operational issues not mentioned in the listing we accept free returns with a prepaid label within 30 days of the items delivery.
