Not an excellent experience for us. The phone purchased was described as being in mint condition but came with scratches. When I reached out to the seller, I received no response and had to get Swappa involved. After mailing the phone back, I waited 1 week for a reply from seller and a refund and again had to get Swappa involved. In the end, they did follow through. Though in future, it may be wise to tell customers it takes 5 business days for returns as that isn’t listed anywhere. Further, we do appreciate the prompt refund once everything finally taken care of
