The condition of the phone wasn’t accurate to the product. The description explains that it’s in “excellent” condition with minor scratches only noticeable when the phone is off and turned on an angle but that’s simply not true. The scratches were very noticeable on the screen even when the screen was lit. There was also a chip on the glass on the screen that is very noticeable. When mentioned to the seller, their best offer was a $15 refund or return which is simply unacceptable. Please be cautious if you were considering buying from this seller.

The phone was out for delivery and received quick. The phone is in great condition. It looks brand new. I’ve updated it, charged it, used many features and have had no issues thus far. Thank you for making my first experience a good one.
