There was an issue with the phone that was not caught in testing. However, the seller responded within minutes and made it right.

Didn't include everything like the ad said . Was missing the charging base for the watch . Seller offered to return item but I wasn't worth the hassle . I just ordered a base from Amazon. Video record opening products bought from this seller .
