Very poor communication. Once I had requested to return the item the seller went silent. I've ordered previously and had a great experience. This time not so much. Battery health was lower than advertised and wifi is weak.

We will ship to a Freight Forwarder as long as the address of the Freight Forwarder is the approved address in PayPal.

Return & Refund Policies

As per Swappa & cell4pets.com policy we do not accept returns. If you purchase an item and you then decide you don't want it the buyer is required to send the item back at the buyers expense.
