Problem with ear speaker, no volume. Notified seller who offered full refund. However I really like the phone and decided to see if I could fix problem. Google search indicated common problem dirty speaker. Cleaned speaker with q-tip and alcohol, then scrubbed with old toothbrush. Fixed! Volume now sounds very close to normal.
