No communication at all, but phone arrive as described and fast.

Seller communication was excellent. Unfortunately, the phone received was NOT as listed and had charging problems. Seller was quick to accept the return and refunded the full amount +S&H. It was an unfortunate outcome with the phone but seller was excellent. Refunds were completed 4 days after the problems were reported to the seller.
