poor quality control. iphone doesnt work as intended. persistently in restart loop. cannot use even for 30 minutes as it constantly restarts. this was supposed to be a christmas gift. dissappointed. edit** i fixed the phone. i opened it up and found the battery connector was not making proper contact due to adhesive residue. the bracket that should keep this connector in place was also missing. bracket that should hold the screen cables was also missing. over all terrible experience and ruined christmas morning for my child. will not do business again. being refurbished, i dont expect oem parts or perfect housing but i do expect parts to be complete inside so important things like cables dont fall out.
