Very happy with everything

The laptop looks brand new! Despite some initial confusion that me and the seller worked out, the laptop arrived very fast. 10/10!

After 10 days and really poor communication, the package arrived. All 4 corners were bashed in with 2 of them open. The laptop could be heard moving around in the package, which was not surprising when I opened it and it was loosely packed with overnight envelopes. The original Apple packaging was also crushed from the 10 day odyssey. I felt confident with this seller because of the glowing reviews from other buyers. Not sure what happened here but I'm not likely to buy another expensive item from Swappa. I hope I can count on the seller to honor their warranty. I'm going to have to have the laptop checked out for damage. Yikes.

Device received quickly and in better condition than described!

Update: I was sold an activation locked device that didn’t lock until almost a year and half later and the seller refused comply with Swappa’s blocked after sale policy.

Exactly as described, can't even tell it's not brand new. Shipping happened almost immediately. Definitely would recommend this seller.

The iPad was in the condition described. It did not come with a charger, which it advertised as not required.
