bought a laptop and they had already sold it.
Everything was here, with the exception of the actual charging block for the laptop. I know they had it it was shown in pictures. Not a huge deal but was still unexpected that it didn’t show up. Overall the laptop is in the exact condition it was photographed as.

Return & Refund Policies
We take returns or exchange items if the item comes with an issue not described, if you enter the address incorrectly we will have to refund you due to Paypal policy and we will withhold 6% of the total payment to cover Paypal fees. Returns due to buyer's remorse will incur a 20% restocking fee as well as the 3.5% Paypal fee as they no longer refund the fee even when the customer is refunded.
