This item was 9 days late in shipping, and once received it was discovered that some buttons didn't work and the item was a different model year than advertised. I am trying to return this item but seller has been very hard to contact. I will probably have to pursue a chargeback. I cannot recommend this seller, this has been a terrible experience all around.

After proper inspection and benchmark testing, the tablet arrived in good condition, as advertised. However, between the two-month delivery and the rude and incomprehensible responses from the seller, I can’t rate this positively. I will not be using Swappa again and I hope never to have to deal with this terrible vendor again.

Great Device

Never received item, seller stated it was listed on multiple sites and sold on another site already. This should have been stated up front, not 4 days after sale and if you’re listing something on multiple sites, that should be stated in the description. Purchase price was fully refunded, just a crap way of doing business in my opinion.
