We Guarantee to ship your item within 1 business day of the time you purchase

If an order is placed before 1pm on a weekday it will be shipped out the same day

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon will go out first thing Monday

Your tracking number will be uploaded to Swappa immediately upon shipment

The method we are using for shipping will be stated in the listing

Signature will be required for delivery on all orders with a value over $750. This is done to protect your purchase.

We offer 30 Day returns:

On items that have a defect or a mechanical issue we will provide a pre -paid return shipping label, and once received back we will validate the issue. Once the issue is validated we will issue a full refund.

For buyers remorse returns the item must be sent back to us, and there will be a 15% Restocking Fee. On non validated returns the same restocking fee will apply, and we will also recoup our return shipping cost.

All items must be returned in the exact condition they are sent out in. For example if an item is new and still factory sealed, it must be returned still sealed, etc

Items that are returned damaged or in a different condition will be subject to deductions from the refund

**Order cancellations before shipping will be refunded minus the 3.9% Paypal fee. This is because we do not get this fee back from Paypal
